Creating Routine

Ah routine, what its like to be blessed to be home everyday with my children. But I am still working from home and have come to realize how difficult it was gonna be. I so badlyjust wanna be with the kids all day but have to pull myself away to work. I found this idea online and i’ll tag the creator once i remember where i got it. I ‘ve realized i needed to create some kind of routine, so i can get work done and spend quality time with my kiddies, I have been doing a new sheet each day and its been keepiing me accountable. Today the only thing i didnt accomplish is mopping the floors. Gonna try to keeo at it. How do you keep routine????

I will admit from the top five things i was to do today, playing a game with the kidswas the most fun!!!!!

Trusting through debt………

It really really works. Fully relying on Him during these times of uncertanties and which road to go down pays off. Although the road isn’t totally clear I am that much closer to the desire of my heart, and thats being home with my children. He knows my needs, desires, wants and knows the good intentions I have. I know that He wants this for our family and will guide a direct me the right way about it.

What stands in our way of fully letting go sometimes is the big but short word: DEBT and I mean MASSIVE DEBT. All of it is student loan debt and I mean all. It’s so crazy how fast debt can build up and not even realize the damage of interest happening. This has been the hardest times of our lives. But…we have come to the point in our lives and our relationship with Our Father that we are fully handing it all over to Him. We are wise enough to know “we took out the debt, we owe the debt.” We have every intention to pay it back. As slow as it takes we will pay off every red (or copper) cent!!!!!

We will not let this stand in the way of our calling. No debt will change what we feel called and led to do by the Holy Spirit. The debt is real, but I will not fall to its idolness and let it pull us down. Our God is greater than any debt and will bring us out of this. We are so excited for the new journey that we are going to be embarking on. I know that it won’t be easy but I do know that God has us, He has our Family, He knows what’s ahead and only ask’s us to trust Him through it all.

I am so excited to Homeschool our children. It’s going to be a great adventure.

“Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it” Proverbs 22:6

To Trick and Treat or Not……..

An ongoing battle in our family of whether or not to celebrate Halloween. Last year we did not, and the year before we dressed our Princess up in a giraffee costume (to young to remember). Well I think I am finally ok with the idea of not. I’m sure many question why or why not and many other things. I just believe for me and our family this is a holiday we will be skipping yearly. I have also come to the solution that we should not substitute the holiday either. As we venture through this season may our family bring you Praise. I will be posting pictures as we enjoy the harvest season!!!!

The grass is greener on the other side….

…..something I tell myself constantly.  I do believe it but when your in the midst of the mountain to see the greener grass it takes a lot of the “I know i can, I know I can, I know I can mentality.”  Our family just got back from an amazing camping trip that we do yearly with our extended family.  It was peaceful, fun, energizing.  Only to come home to the mountain of “problems” slapping us directly in our face.  How can we have so much fun, forget about “real life” and come back to feeling its ten times worst.

Well I have to give God some mega thanks for an Amazing Husband who will remind me that these trials are not forever and that they make us stronger.  I mean I do know that but i have to say he is way better at handling the initial shock to a situation than I am.

That is exactly why I believe that God has given us the husband’s in our live to be the Head of our family, the leader of the pack!  If we as women can set aside our own wants, independencies, and any other thing this world tries to make woman believe they should be and let our men lead our families will be so much happier.  After two weeks of not having an “adult” conversation with my husband; we lay in bed and had the best conversation I can remember in a long time.  I am so thankful for a husband, who at times i dont think hears me, that listens to me.

We are not perfect by no means.  But if we live in a marriage where we give give give to eachother we will love love love eachother.

“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace.  In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33

Love Contagiously in Christ,

The Great I Am

Isn’t He the Great I am, I mean really, isnt He!
Verse 1
i wanna be close
close to Your side
so Heaven is real
and death alive
I wanna hear voices
of angels above
singing as one

Holy, Holy
God almighty
The great I am
Who is worthy
None beside they
God almighty
The great I am

Verse 2
I wanna be near
Near to your heart
loving the world
hating the by
I wanna see dry bones
living again
Singing as one

Holy, Holy
God almighty
The great I am
Who is worthy
None beside they
God almighty
The great I am
The great I am

the mountains shake before You
the demons run and flee
at the mention of a name king of majesty
there is no power in hell
or any who can stand
before the power and the presence of the Great I am
the Great I am
the Great I am

Holy, Holy
God almighty
The great I am
Who is worthy
None beside they
God almighty
The great I am (x2)
the great I am
He’s the great I am
the Great I am

The word “integrity” stems from the Latin adjective integer (whole, complete).

Whole, and complete.  That’s what I am with God walking side by side with me everyday.  He is who makes me Whole and Complete.  No other person or material can fulfil me as He can and does.

I pray daily that i am a Mother of Integrity.  As a mom we have to ask for patience, guidance and wisdom daily 🙂

  1. The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
  2. The state of being whole and undivided: “territorial integrity”.

When trying to think of the name for this site i kept asking myself, who do i want to be.  A woman, as a whole (wife, mother, daughter, sister) full of integrity.  After reading the definition a few times i said to myself, thats who i want to strive to be.  It’s tough in this world but i know all things are possible with Him.

Today we found out no christmas bonuses this year.  I got really upset and thought to myself that this was going to be the money we used to buy Christmas gifts.  I felt defeated.  I called my husband and he told me we will be just fine.  Always great to have someone like him around.  Always see’s the positive (in most 🙂 )   So now i contemplate and ask myself and you……is the money and the gifts really worth our salvation?  Our kids salvation?  That is a true gift, a gift for anyone and everyone who is willing to acknowledge and accept it.

So question…how many gifts are worth loosing ourselves over?
